Introduction

I was trying to come up with smart, sassy name for my personal blog but as you can see, I was not successful! So I have stayed with my internet name, which in itself is a bit of a cop-out because it is really close to my name. 

A bit about myself - I am a work at home mom, with more emphasis on the home part at the moment than the work part since I have only been in this 'role' since the 28th of September. 

I am loving my new life.  When the work starts flowing in I will love it even more, but for now we are putting feelers out and getting some responses at least. 

The best part of this new life though is that I get to pick up children up early in the afternoon.  Right now I have to make lunch for myself and then dash to school so that I can pick up my daughter while her teacher is still there so that we can discuss another playdate with the teacher's daughter who is one of my daughter's friends.
